Ingredients
  

Latte Base
  • 2 shots espresso or 1/2 cup strong coffee
  • 1 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1 cup ice cubes large preferred
Flavorings
  • 2 tbsp raspberry syrup
  • 1 tbsp vanilla syrup or 1/2 tsp paste
  • 0.25 cup fresh raspberries for garnish

Equipment

  • Espresso Machine or AeroPress
  • Tall Glass
  • Spoon
  • Straw

Method
 

  1. Drizzle the raspberry syrup along the inside walls of a tall glass.
  2. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  3. Mix the milk and vanilla syrup together, then pour into the glass over the ice.
  4. Gently pour the espresso over the back of a spoon to create layers.
  5. Top with fresh raspberries and a few lightly crushed berries for extra flavor.
  6. Stir gently before drinking to combine the layers.

Notes

To prevent a watery latte, let your espresso cool for a minute before pouring over the ice.
