- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 15x10-inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Press the sugar cookie dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden brown. Let cool completely on a wire rack.
- Beat softened cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, beating until light and fluffy.
- Spread the frosting evenly over the completely cooled cookie crust.
- Attach candy eyes to the gummy sea creatures using a tiny dab of frosting.
- Decorate the frosted crust with sliced strawberries, kiwis, blueberries, and the prepared gummy sea creatures.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing and serving.
Notes
Ensure your cookie base is 100% cooled before frosting, otherwise the cream cheese mixture will melt. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
