- In a stand mixer, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit 5 mins if using active dry.
- Add melted butter, egg, salt, and flour. Knead on medium speed for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1-1.5 hours until doubled.
- Mix softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon for the filling.
- Roll dough into a 12x18 inch rectangle. Spread cinnamon mixture, then layer with strawberry jam.
- Roll up tightly into a log. Cut into 12 even rolls using dental floss or a knife.
- Place in a greased baking dish. Cover and let rise again for 30-45 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and strawberry puree to make icing. Spread over warm rolls.
- Top with fresh sliced strawberries and serve immediately.

Pour heavy cream over rolls before baking for extra softness.
