Method
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and granulated sugar in a shallow dish.
- Brush the outside of each taco shell with melted butter, then dip into the crumb mixture to coat evenly.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla to the cream cheese; beat until fluffy.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
- Transfer filling to a piping bag and pipe into the prepared taco shells.
- Top with diced strawberries and drizzle with glaze. Serve immediately or chill briefly.
Notes
Best served within 2 hours of assembly to keep the shells crunchy. Store leftovers in the fridge.
