- Ensure all ingredients are thoroughly chilled (ideally near 35°F or 2°C).
- In a pitcher, gently combine the chilled cranberry juice cocktail and pineapple juice. Stir minimally to blend flavors.
- Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes to ensure a heavy, viscous base and optimal chilling.
- For serving glasses: Fill with ice cubes. Pour the juice base until two-thirds full.
- Slowly pour the chilled ginger ale over the back of a spoon into the glass. The lighter ginger ale will float on the heavier, viscous juice base, creating a layered effect.
- Garnish each drink immediately with a pineapple wedge and cranberries.
