Method
- Prepare Mango Base: Dice one mango and set aside. Place second mango flesh, ice, coconut water, and sweetener in a blender. Blend until a thick slush forms.
- Make Cheese Foam: Beat *softened* cream cheese, condensed milk, heavy cream, salt, and vanilla (if using) until thick, velvety, and dense.
- Build Drink: Divide diced mango cubes between two tall glasses.
- Add a few extra ice cubes, filling about 2/3 of the glass.
- Carefully pour the mango slush over the cubes.
- Gently spoon the dense cheese foam over the slush, filling to the brim.
- Create the Drip: Use a spoon to guide the foam over the rim, pulling it down the side for the intentional dripping effect shown in image_2.png.
- Garnish creatively for WordPress (cilantro or green onion 🧅🌱) and serve immediately.
Notes
Density is key: if the foam is too thin, it will sink. If too thick, it won't drip properly. The softening of the cream cheese is essential. Use a wide boba straw.
