- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the block of rolls in half horizontally.
- Place bottom buns in a baking dish. Layer half the provolone cheese, followed by ham, salami, and pepperoni.
- Top with remaining cheese. Bake open-faced (without top buns) for 10-12 minutes until cheese melts.
- While baking, whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, spices, and peppers. Toss with lettuce and onion to make the salad.
- Mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and parmesan for the glaze.
- Remove sliders from oven. Pile the cold grinder salad on top of the melted cheese.
- Place the top buns on the salad. Brush tops generously with garlic butter glaze.
- Optional: Bake for 2 more minutes to crisp the tops, or serve immediately for hot/cold contrast.
Notes
Assemble the salad just before serving to keep the lettuce crunchy. Use mild or hot banana peppers depending on spice preference.
