- In a large bowl, toss the sliced apples with lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cornstarch until evenly coated.

- In the same bowl, combine oats, protein powder, almond flour, and salt.
- Pour the melted butter and syrup over the dry mixture. Stir until a crumbly texture forms.
- Sprinkle the topping evenly over the apples.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until the topping is golden brown and the fruit filling is bubbling.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving to allow the sauce to thicken.
Notes
Serve with a dollop of Greek yogurt for an extra protein boost. If the topping browns too quickly, cover loosely with foil halfway through baking.
