Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled, deveined, tails removed
  • 4 large flour tortillas burrito size
  • 1 head romaine lettuce chopped
  • 0.5 cup Caesar dressing creamy style
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese shredded

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper coarse

  • Tongs

Method

  1. Pat shrimp dry and toss with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

  4. Warm tortillas in the skillet or microwave for 15 seconds to make them pliable.
  5. Assemble wraps by placing salad in the center of the tortilla and topping with cooked shrimp.
  6. Fold in sides and roll tightly. Place seam-side down in the hot skillet.
  7. Grill the wraps for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown grill marks appear.
  8. Slice in half and serve immediately.
