Ingredients

The Wraps
  • 4 large flour tortillas burrito size
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or cubed
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
Quick Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter unsalted
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper freshly cracked

Equipment

  • Large Skillet or Griddle
  • Saucepan
  • Whisk
  • Chef's knife

Method

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  2. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Lower heat and whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth and slightly thickened (about 3 mins).
  3. Stir the cooked chicken into the warm sauce until evenly coated. Season with black pepper.
  4. Lay tortillas flat. Sprinkle mozzarella in the center of each, then top with the creamy chicken mixture.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll from the bottom up tightly to form a burrito shape.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease lightly with butter or oil.
  7. Place wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Grill for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and sealed.
  8. Flip carefully and grill the other side for another 2-3 minutes until crispy and cheese is melted.
  9. Remove from pan, cut in half diagonally, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.

Notes

Ensure your tortillas are warm before rolling to prevent cracking. Leftover wraps can be reheated in an air fryer at 350°F for 5 minutes.
