Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until browned, breaking it apart, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Season beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well and remove from heat to cool for 5-10 minutes.
- Separate biscuit dough into individual biscuits and flatten each into a 4-5 inch circle.
- Place 1-1.5 tablespoons seasoned beef in center of each dough circle, top with cheese cube or shredded cheese.
- Gather dough edges around filling, pinch together firmly to seal, then flip seam-side down.
- Arrange bombs on prepared baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.
- Combine melted butter with minced garlic. Brush mixture generously over each bomb.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese evenly over bombs, followed by a light sprinkle of salt.
- Bake 15-18 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from oven, brush with remaining garlic butter, and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Cool for 3-5 minutes before serving to allow cheese to set slightly.
Notes
Can be made ahead and frozen before or after baking. Reheat in 350°F oven. Customize with bacon, pickles, jalapeños, or different cheese varieties. Serve with ranch, garlic aioli, or burger sauce for dipping.
