Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Using a serrated knife, slice the entire slab of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping the individual rolls attached.
- Place the bottom half of the rolls on the baking sheet. Layer evenly with cheddar cheese, followed by a layer of provolone or mozzarella cheese.
- Place the top half of the rolls onto the cheese layers.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, oregano, onion powder, and salt.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the top and sides of the assembled sliders.
- Cover loosely with aluminum foil and bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove foil and bake 3-5 more minutes until tops are golden and cheese is melted.
- Let rest for 2 minutes, slice along the roll seams, and serve warm.
Notes
Add cooked bacon, ham, or turkey inside for a meaty variation. Reheat in the oven at 350°F until warm.
