Ingredients

For the Chocolate Fudge Base:
  • 2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips or 12-ounce bag
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk 14-ounce can, divided for both layers
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
For the Marshmallow Swirl Layer:
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Chips or Vanilla Candy Melts
  • 1 cup Mini Marshmallows OR 7 ounces Marshmallow Fluff
  • 2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 0.25 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk from the same can

Equipment

  • 8x8 inch baking pan
  • Microwave-safe bowls
  • Skewer or butter knife for swirling

Method

  1. Line an 8x8-inch pan with foil/parchment and lightly grease.
  2. Combine chocolate chips, 3/4 can of condensed milk, vanilla, and salt in a bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring, until smooth and melted.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine white chips, marshmallows/fluff, butter, and remaining condensed milk. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring, until smooth.
  4. Pour chocolate fudge into the pan. Dollop spoonfuls of the white marshmallow mixture over the top.
  5. Gently run a knife or skewer through the fudge to create a marble swirl pattern (do not over-swirl).
  6. Cool at room temperature for at least 4 hours, or refrigerate for 2 hours until fully set.
  7. Lift from pan, cut into squares, and store in an airtight container.

Notes

Use a gentle hand when swirling to prevent the colors from getting muddy. Fudge is best stored at room temperature or refrigerated (allow to warm up slightly before serving).
