Method
- Line an 8x8-inch pan with foil/parchment and lightly grease.
- Combine chocolate chips, 3/4 can of condensed milk, vanilla, and salt in a bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring, until smooth and melted.
- In a separate bowl, combine white chips, marshmallows/fluff, butter, and remaining condensed milk. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring, until smooth.
- Pour chocolate fudge into the pan. Dollop spoonfuls of the white marshmallow mixture over the top.
- Gently run a knife or skewer through the fudge to create a marble swirl pattern (do not over-swirl).
- Cool at room temperature for at least 4 hours, or refrigerate for 2 hours until fully set.
- Lift from pan, cut into squares, and store in an airtight container.
Notes
Use a gentle hand when swirling to prevent the colors from getting muddy. Fudge is best stored at room temperature or refrigerated (allow to warm up slightly before serving).
