- Mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder in a bowl. Place beaten eggs in another bowl.
- Dredge chicken cutlets in flour, then egg, then flour again.
- Fry chicken in hot oil (350°F) for 3-4 mins per side until crispy and cooked. Drain on a wire rack.
- Immediately place cheese slices on hot chicken to melt.
- Toast the buns with butter in a skillet until golden.
- Fry the remaining eggs in butter to desired doneness (sunny-side up recommended).
- Assemble sandwiches: bun bottom, cheesy chicken, fried egg, bun top.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
For a spicy kick, add cayenne pepper to the flour mixture. Ensure chicken is pounded to an even thickness for uniform cooking.
