Ingredients

Smoothie Base
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen peaches peeled and sliced, then frozen
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk from a carton, like Pacifc or So Delicious
  • ½ cup banana frozen, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons canned coconut milk full-fat, shaken well
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup to taste
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Signature Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 slices fresh peach with skin, lightly cinnamon dusted
  • As needed ground cinnamon for dusting

Equipment

  • High-speed blender
  • Stemmed smoothie glasses

Method

  1. Prepare Garnish: Toast shredded coconut in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3-5 minutes, until golden-brown and fragrant. Watch carefully so it doesn't burn. Immediately remove from pan and let cool completely. Dust fresh peach slices lightly with cinnamon.
  2. Add all smoothie base ingredients—coconunt milk, canned coconut milk, frozen banana, peaches, vanilla, and honey/maple syrup—to your high-speed blender, adding liquid elements first.
  3. Blend on high speed for 60-90 seconds, or until completely smooth and velvety.
  4. Pour into two stemmed glasses and top each with a generous sprinkle of cooled, toasted coconut, a cinnamon-dusted peach slice on the rim, and a fun paper straw.
  5. Serve immediately while incredibly cold.

Notes

For the absolute best texture, use fully frozen fruit, not ice, and a high-speed blender. The toasted coconut garnish is crucial for the optimal tropical flavor profile.
