Ingredients
  

Cocktail Base
  • 2 oz vodka or gin
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.75 oz simple syrup
  • 0.25 cup fresh cranberries
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary plus extra for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle fresh cranberries and one sprig of rosemary together until cranberries are crushed and rosemary releases its oils.
  2. Add vodka or gin, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.
  3. Fill the shaker with regular ice cubes and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
  4. Fill a rocks glass with crushed ice.
  5. Double-strain the cocktail through a fine-mesh strainer into the prepared glass.
  6. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprig, lime wheel, and several fresh cranberries.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy your festive cocktail.

Notes

For a mocktail version, replace vodka/gin with club soda or sparkling water. Make rosemary-infused simple syrup ahead by steeping rosemary sprigs in warm simple syrup. Can be made in large batches for parties.
