- Unwrap the cream cheese and place it on a serving platter. Let it sit at room temperature while you prepare the glaze.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine maple syrup, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, stirring until the sugar is dissolved.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in the chopped pecans and dried cranberries.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring to coat the nuts and fruit in the glaze and warm them through.
- Pour the warm mixture directly over the cream cheese block.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary and serve immediately with crackers or apple slices.
Notes
