Ingredients
  

Oat Base
  • 0.5 cup old-fashioned rolled oats certified gluten-free if needed
  • 0.5 cup milk of choice dairy or plant-based
  • 0.25 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
Flavor & Mix-ins
  • 1 tsp fresh orange zest
  • 1 tbsp fresh orange juice
  • 0.25 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp dried cranberries
Toppings (Optional)
  • 1 tbsp dried apricots chopped
  • 1 tbsp extra dried cranberries

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Add rolled oats, chia seeds, orange zest, and a pinch of salt to a clean jar.
  2. Pour in the milk, Greek yogurt, sweetener, orange juice, and vanilla extract.
  3. Stir vigorously until all ingredients are combined and oats are submerged.
  4. Stir in the 2 tablespoons of dried cranberries.
  5. Seal the jar with a lid and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  6. Before serving, stir again and top with extra cranberries and chopped apricots.

Notes

For best results, let chill for a full 8 hours. These will keep refrigerated for up to 5 days, making them perfect for weekly meal prep. Add a splash of milk before serving if the mixture is too thick.
