- Combine warm milk, yeast, and a bit of sugar. Let bloom for 10 minutes until foamy.
- Mix in remaining sugar, butter, egg, and blue food coloring.
- Gradually add flour and salt. Knead with a dough hook for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours until doubled in size.
- Roll dough into a rectangle. Spread with butter, cinnamon sugar, and Oreo crumbs.
- Roll into a log, cut into 12 pieces, and place in a greased pan. Let rise for 30-45 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes. Cool slightly.
- Whisk icing ingredients and pour over warm rolls. Top with chopped Oreos and chocolate chips.
