Ingredients
  

Slider Base
  • 1 package Hawaiian sweet rolls 12 count
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Fillings
  • 0.5 lb deli ham thinly sliced
  • 0.5 lb genoa salami
  • 0.25 lb pepperoni
  • 10 slices provolone cheese
  • 0.5 cup banana peppers drained
Garlic Butter Glaze
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tbsp parmesan cheese grated

Equipment

  • 9x13 Baking Dish
  • Serrated Bread Knife
  • Small mixing bowl
  • Pastry brush

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
  2. Slice the entire package of rolls in half horizontally to create a top and bottom slab.
  3. Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl. Spread onto the cut side of the bottom rolls.
  4. Layer the ham, salami, and pepperoni over the sauce.
  5. Top the meats with provolone cheese slices and scattered banana peppers.
  6. Place the top slab of rolls over the filling.
  7. Whisk melted butter with garlic powder, parsley, and parmesan. Brush generously over the tops of the rolls.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

To prevent sogginess, ensure banana peppers are thoroughly drained. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
