- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Divide dough into 20-24 equal pieces and roll them into smooth, tight balls.
- Arrange the dough balls on the baking sheet in a triangle shape to resemble a carrot, ensuring the balls are slightly touching.
- Brush the dough generously with half of the prepared garlic herb butter.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- Remove from oven and immediately brush with remaining garlic butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Tuck a large bunch of fresh parsley or celery leaves into the top of the bread to act as the green carrot top. Serve warm.
Notes
Cover loosely with foil halfway through baking if the top is browning too quickly. Try stuffing each dough ball with a small cube of mozzarella for a cheesy surprise!
